Business Analyst / Product Owner Payment & Billing (m/f/d)For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner Payment & Billing (m/f/d) on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Owner with expertise in payments, billing, accounting systems and finance business processes to join our Product Management team. This is a highly visible role overseeing a mission-critical part of the company, responsible for expanding our payment processing and billing.
- define, implement and manage objectives and requirements to enhance the payment experience for our customers (e.g. launching new payment methods, building a voucher solution, fraud management)
- maintain tight collaboration with colleagues on the Salesforce and product teams to ensure end-to-end success of the Quote to Cash.
- own and manage the integrations of various applications to ensure the payment and billing processes.
- own all payment and billing related topics by tracking the impact and actively suggest adjustments accordingly.
- take ownership of communicating to systems support to resolve system issues.
- reflect different interests form various business departments.
- degree in business, finance or business informatics
- strong interest in payment and/or billing
- highly collaborative and can operate with cross functional teams like Finance, Accounting, and Sales to improve the ordering and billing systems that underlie our rapidly growing business.
- understanding of agile software development projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- familiar with common project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- good understanding and experience with ERP and CRM systems and their integrations with billing and payment platforms.
- understand the integration points and data flows from/to Salesforce that impact a Quote to Cash flow.
- proactive and self-motivated approach to work tasks
