IT Operations Associate (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Assists in setting up and running day-to-day staging operations and monitors staging quality
- Supports the management of 3rd party device staging provider(s)
- Supports the operations team in procurement of software licenses
Main qualifications
- Some experience or interest in procurement, managing contracts and quality control
- Some experience working with 3rd parties – e.g. in a supply chain or tech development function
- Some experience building processes from scratch – in a start-up, consulting or private projects
- Proactive team member with ownership of responsibilities
Main advantages:
- The IT Operations Associate role is a cross-over between an IT Admin and an Operations role.
- The roles focuses on solving IT and operations challenges as they arise, supporting IT projects, collaborating with 3rd party providers, and optimizing processes
- The role sits within Operations yet allows for growth in the future as the operations department expands
