For our client I am currently looking for an experienced Projectmanager (m/f/x) ERP

Start: 03.01 or 01.02
Duration: 12 months (with possibility of an extension)
Workload: fulltime, 5 days/week
Location: Remote

We need someone with a strong background in leading ERP implementations, and preferably one that has had some experience with various ERP solutions.

The Project Manager will also support strategic-planning initiatives for the IT function as directed, including highly-valued strategic consulting level support and guidance throughout key IT initiatives. They facilitate, and serve as a lead, for the planning and execution of initiatives to enable the business teams to achieve objectives through the effective use of technology. They also communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding service requests, projects and initiatives. The individual in this role must be able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. They work closely with others on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries. Their knowledge of technology risks and opportunities are shared to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business teams.

Essential duties and responsibilities
§ Establishes and maintains relationships with many business key stakeholders and IT leaders
§ Understand business strategy and help develop the IT strategy and roadmap to enable business initiatives
§ Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of IT and the services provided by IT, and how IT solutions can support the achievement of short- and
long-term business goals.
§ Represents the business strategies and priorities to IT
§ Represents the IT vision to the business.
§ Recommend technologies that can improve efficiency, productivity, and enable growth within your division(s)

Skills & Experience Requirements
§ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field; MBA preferred
§ 15 years of internal/external IT experience
§ Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering or solutions management or other
related area
§ Experience successfully leading large, complex projects and/or in business/IT consulting/management roles
§ Requires leadership and negotiation skills and experience/in-depth knowledge of the business requirements analysis and IT processes
§ Business knowledge – strong background in various business functions and operations
§ Communication
§ Conflict management
§ Breadth and depth of IT solutions relevant to our business
§ Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing organizations
§ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or other ERP solutions and customer-relationship management (CRM) solutions
§ Talent management and team leadership
§ Language skills: German and English is required, but other languages are a plus
§ Ability to work autonomously
