* Creation, management and release of the component requirement specification* Change management of the component requirement specification during the development phase
* Negotiate the technical topics with component suppliers and truck project managers
* Ensure a standard and specification conform component design by close tracking of the development process
* Project Reporting adheres to the project schedule and the gates in the project
* Regular reporting following the project standards
* Identify and realize the best solution for the truck system
* Ensure to initiate all steps necessary to achieve defined project targets
* Sound experience in dealing with power electronics
* System knowledge and understanding of low and high voltage electrical systems in vehicles
* Knowledge of power electronics, electric circuit topologies, simulation, assembly and joining technology, drive technology and communication busses
* Knowledge of essential standards represent an additional asset
* Good knowledge in requirement management
* Experience in managing complex projects
* Fluent German and English skills for communicate with international colleagues and suppliers
