- Several years of PMO/Project Management Office experience
- Experience in Organizational Development
- Management Consulting
- Business Transformation
- Project Management
- Working knowledge in Engineering (Engineering background is crucial)
- Languages: English is must-have, German is nice-to-have
Your Tasks
- Project Management Support in Engineering
- Tracking of roll-out and implementation plans
- Support in detailing of core processes and definition of interfaces from Engineering to various Business Units (including organizational set-up, structure matching, and information flow, reflecting different types of production sites).
- Definition and detailing of organizational models and implementation plans (reflecting processes, interfaces, and types of production sites)
- Definition of methods and tools in the area of engineering projects.
- Preparation of management meetings.
