Main tasks:
- The objective of the requested support is to ensure adequate compliance with the tax requirements resulting from the capital market unit's business expansion, including respective documentation
- Compliance with the tax requirements is ensured and evidenced
- Capital market unit’s processes and guidelines support compliance with tax requirements in the best possible way
- Any non-compliance with tax requirements is identified and prevented
- The tax requirements and compliance with them are systemically supported
- Possible risks for capital market unit’s management arising from non-compliance with or breach of tax are avoided or at least limited; and any recommendations with regard to tax compliance customary in the market (benchmark) are shown and communicated
Main qualifications
- You should deliver reliable results in a timely manner, (e.g. GAP analysis, sanity check, preliminary study, etc.)
- You should have comparable specific experience in an international environment and in-depth expertise in tax law in connection with capital market business
- In addition, pronounced communication skills and a very good presentation of the work results are essential
