Aufgaben:
• Support one project or workstream in the initiation, preparation, execution and controlling phases
• Responsibility for all relevant activities of a PMO incl. project management office, ad-hoc tasks, controlling etc.
• Coordination of individual task areas within the international and cross-disciplinary project teams
• Organization of project communication and trainings
• Quality assurance
Anforderungen:
• Prior relevant experience in project management
• Experience in other transversal bank transformation projects is a plus, especially in the fields of – according to the position – Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, Corporates & Markets, Finance
• Language skills: English absolute must, German, French (or at least German or French)
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to perform, analytical thinking, creative implementation skills and solution-oriented character
• High ability to work in an intercultural team • Very good knowledge of MS Office
