Automotive - Product Owner - SW Development Parking - Freelance - Remote from Germany - 12 months

My client, a digital strategy and software engineering company, are currently seeking a Product Owner for a period of 12 months on a freelance basis. My client is currently supporting several German OEMs, we are working on the development of modern and future technologies such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with the highest demands in safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead an agile SW development team for the development of parking functions
Be the face to the customer w.r.t. technical discussions, requirements, planning and execution
Interface the team into clients Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Skills

Must have

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent

5 years of experience automotive industry

Proven practical experience in SW development of parking functions or closely related

Very strong communication skills, able to communicate with management and software developers

Requirement elicitation and tracking experience

Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle

Experience with agile software development process

Experience with issue and document (requirements) tracking tools used in software development and automotive industry like Jira, Confluence, etc.

German: B2 Upper Intermediate

English: B2 Upper Intermediate
