You bring experience in the field of medical/clinical development and are looking for the next step into the biotechnology industry? Then you are exactly the right person for the following position:Investigator Initiated Trial and Medical Affairs Manager
- Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) Manager
- Lead and manage IITs related to any of our current and future clinical programs
- Reviews incoming IIT proposals
- Liaises with Sponsor as needed
- Prepares for IITAC meetings
- Communicates decisions to Sponsor
- Central point of communication for the cross-functional IIT Execution Team (IITET)
- Leads approved IITs from completion per the approved IIT Agreements
- Manages the coordination and monitoring of IITs
- Collect, file and archive all documents in pre-defined filing structures
- Medical Affairs Manager
- Operational leadership and support to the various medical affairs projects
- Manage the details of projects with team and/or medical communication agencies
- Liaise with the Medical team, internal support functions (e.g., Legal, Purchasing, Compliance, QA) and external vendors to ensure processes are followed
- Collaboration with Medical Directors to implement bidding processes
- Implement Medical processes and policies to support agile working environment
- Manage budgets, planning, resources etc.
