Scope of responsibilities :All Manufacturing Teams :

o Process engineering
o Maintenance
General mission : Organize the manufacturing team to reach the Cost Quality OTD KPIs
Specific missions / challenges to be achieved within 6 months :
- Install Crisis Management of different customer priorities
- Significant reduction of backlog situation (currently 5-7 days behind schedule for critical customers)
- Accountability on Shopfloor
- Create the Manufacturing team acting in a consistent way
- Identify, hire and train a Production Manager
- Identify, hire and train a Maintenance Manager
- Improve the machines availability and performance, re organize the current maintenance and process
engineering organization, to be more focus on production performance
- Deploy a reaction to deviation methodology, to reduce the recurrent production impediments
Strong = must-have skills required:
- Experience in production people management, proximity management and German HR laws for productions
teams
- Experience in Maintenance organization and machine performance improvement
- Experience in deployment and animation of reaction to deviation of a production system (Stand up meeting, Short
interval Management, Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) like
