Key skills required for the job are: n PLM Domain-L3, (Mandatory) .As a Senior Consultant, you should have depth and breadth of technical / functional/ domain know-how. You should be able to work independently on defining solution for a mid side, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program. You are expected to specialize in a technology/domain/functional competency area. You should be able to prepare a road map for the competency/industry segment in form of competitive service offerings. You should get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management. You are expected to represent the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required. You should get involved in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and organization capabilities. Minimum work experience: >10 YEARS


Contract duration: One year

Expected start dates: 15 Dec 2021

Remote work: Can work Remote. Will need to travel to Customer location in Hamburg based on need

any language mandate: German & English speaking / writing

Mandatory Skills: More than > 12 years of experience in PLM Implementation assignments
Experience implementing end to end solution and good functional knowledge on Siemens Teamcenter product suite
Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, to-be process definition, solution design, system configuration, validation and deployment
Experience working on Teamcenter ver 12+ and AWC 4.2 is mandatory. Awareness of 13.x & AWC 5.X
Technical experience on AWC Architecture, configuration and customization, ITK Configurations and customizations
Experience on Part & Document Management, Cad Integration, BOM and Configuration management capabilities, Teamcenter Substance Compliance, Change Control process, Workflow configuration and customization,  Access Manager, Teamcenter Reporting and Analytics capabilities, Teamcenter Requirements.



Desired Skills: Preferred to have experience in some of the below areas

- MBSE (Model Based Systems Eng.

- Digital Twin

- Product Quality Management

- Teamcenter Integration with other downstream applications

Details about the project they would be working on: It’s a Next Generation PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Global Implementation Program for Olympus. The PLM transformation will enable Integration Product development and Manufacturing, Improved Quality & Compliance and Closed loop & Connected Value Chain. The MES transformation will address better Production Operations Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Quality Management, MES and Factory Floor integration and Maintenance Management. The scope of work will include Solution design, development, testing and deployment for the application configuration/customization, integration and data migration tracks.
