For my client in Friedrichshafen I'm currently looking for a Service-to-Cash Streamlead (m/f/d) who can assist him on the following tasks.Responsibilities:
- Preparation and conduction of process design workshops in the area of Customer Service / SAP CS & C4S (Cloud for Service)
- Integration of processes with neighbouring process streams (in particular Order-to-Cash)
- Preparation of decision proposals and driving of decisions
- Documentation of workshop results in the client DDF/iCaptivate Tool
- Scheduling of stream specific milestones and deliverables in accordance to the overall project timeline
- Regular preparation of status reports and reporting of stream progress
- Configuration of selected CS or C4S functionality in the SAP prototype system
Requirements:
- Know How in SAP CS and good knowledge in SAP C4S
- Fair experience with SAP FSM (Field Service Management)
- Ability to assess and evaluate existing customer legacy tools and systems
- Ability to prepare and drive process workshops with strong focus on harmonization & standardization
- Fluent in EN (ideally also in DE)
