SAP Ariba IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Manage and further develop the Service Management for eProcure with main focus on Incident-, Request- and Change Management
- Contact person for internal customers and consultancy for end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of the service delivery
- Develop and implement service standards, operational monitoring and procedures for the service delivery teams
- Service review meetings with internal customers as well as solution provider, covering performance, service improvements, quality aspects and processes
- Deliver excellence in all aspects of the service delivery function within an ITIL derived framework
- Coordinate the service delivery team (10 FTEs) and improve response and delivery times
- Create and present regular reports and KPIs
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in the Information Technology field, particularly in the area of Service Management of SAP Ariba in large organizations
- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management processes in an ITIL derived framework
- Intermediate to advanced techno- functional knowledge of SAP Ariba upstream and downstream modules
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player with eagerness to work in a multi-cultural and multinational context
- Experience in working with offshore and nearshore delivery teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English
