SAP Prozessberater OTC/P2P | User Requirements SpecificationsParticipation in various projects (including "Next Generation Business Architecture (NGBA))"
• Evaluation of EN business requirements in the SAP modules OTC and P2P
• Description of the newly defined EN SAP processes for the SAP modules OTC and P2P
• Creation of the EN-specific SAP training concept in the SAP OTC and P2P
• Preparation and coordination of SAP acceptance tests for EN
• Coordination of SAP GMP validation and implementation in the SAP modules OTC and P2P
First level support for the SAP work area OTC and P2P in the EN division.
The employees in the 1st level support are the first point of contact for the EN users
who have a problem with an SAP application used at EN. Inquiries are made both by
phone and by e-mail (function mailbox). If a simple problem solution is possible, this is
carried out directly in the 1st level support. If this is not possible, the requests are
forwarded to the 2nd level support and the result is then reported back to the user.
Specifically, this includes the following activities and functions:
Recording, processing and documentation of EN user inquiries in the corresponding SAP field of work regarding SAP processes in the supply chain environment
o (How, What, When)
o Implementation, control and documentation of orders such as:
o Inclusion of new plants, dispatchers, buyer groups or the like
o Maintenance of the clerks Control for the VE and AS role
o Authorization requests
o Monitoring and maintenance of material master data
• Conception and implementation of training measures
• Coordination, monitoring and cooperation in the implementation of user
acceptance tests as part of "Business Release Management" and all other "Corporate SAP Projects" (e.g. SAP ERP Release Upgrades)
• Ongoing optimization of SAP processes and introduction of best practices in the corresponding SAP field of work.
Exclusion criteria:
• Several years (at least 5 years), proven experience in the SAP SD module in
projects
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
