HR Transition Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Act as interface between the operations partner, (IT and Business Consulting), and the business to successfully drive transition, stabilisation of the service and ongoing transformation and improvement of the service align to the developing needs of the Germany business
  • Manage the relationship between the Group and the operations partner for the German region incl. managing customer complaints & escalations, ensuring customer service levels at expected levels (SLA)
  • Act as the interface between customer businesses, their key stakeholders (e.g. business HR leads, Works Council, business leaders) and the operations partner delivery team
  • Manage transition to the operations partner of any remaining service scope and then post-transfer stabilisation (outsourcing proccess)
  • (Project) Lead the evolution and improvement of the outsourced services in close collaboration with the operations partner
  • Manage activities to ensure compliance and adherence to group policies, local requirements, procedures and risk management


Main qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of HR operational (HR Shared Services) service delivery
  • Knowledge and expertise of leading and supporting teams in a large-scale service operations environment, preferably HR & payroll
  • Experience in transition HR processes from in-house organisation to HR shared service organisation
  • Experience of working collaboratively and positively with Works Councils
  • Fluent English skills
