* Support the Team in developing and enforcing lightweight, agile rules such as Scrum and Built-In Quality practices* Facilitate the Team progress toward goals and are continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability and flow
* Help the Team focus on creating increments of value each iteration and achieving daily and Iteration Goals in the context of the current Program Increment (PI) Objectives
* Promote quality practices and provide guidance in constantly improving the quality of Team deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD)
* Enable the Team to make quick and sustainable decisions, and to learn and reflect constantly, therefore
* Lead Team efforts in relentless improvement by helping the Team improve and take responsibility for their actions
* Coach the Team in self-organisation
* Coach the Team on the importance of documenting and communicating key decisions and making them transparent
* Experienced scrum master open for applying agile practices in hardware
* SAFe 5.0 certified (best case)
* Worked in an highly regulated environment (best case)
* Fluent german and english
