Compliance Manager Fund Materials (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- EMEA Marketing and Distribution Compliance Team
- Review and approval of German language Marketing material for Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as English language Marketing material for EMEA.
- Coordinate the review of CEE Marketing material where needed
- Serve as key contact for distribution topics for Germany, Austria and CEE
- Support Distribution initiatives for Germany, Austria and CEE as Compliance advisory representative
- Working in close collaboration with team members of the EMEA Marketing and Distribution Compliance team
- Tracking of relevant regulatory change/interpretation in connection with marketing/distribution activities. Create gap analysis and research of applicable laws, as required.
- Create and update procedures on regulatory requirements regarding the creation of marketing material and distribution topics as required
- Provide required statistics on marketing material for German Board
- Perform ad hoc Monitoring exercises related to marketing/distribution in line with the Frankfurt Compliance monitoring plan.
- Support EMEA Marketing Compliance Projects
- Provide trainings on marketing/distribution related Compliance topics to new joiners and on a recurring basis to all staff
Main qualifications
- Good knowledge of financial products and services
- Previous marketing/distribution compliance experience
- Experience in the review of financial promotions
- A good understanding of investment legislation (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID)
- Fluent in English and German./ French or Spanish a Plus
