Hanson Regan are looking for a SAP HR Lead to start immediately for a 12 month contract based in Germany.
Primary skill: SAP HCM Payroll
TASKS:
As part a team, Consultant will be in direct coordination with client (Business process owner) for the development and optimization of solutions in SAP HCM, together with Offshore/Onshore colleagues.
In doing so, he/she will not only implement existing concepts, but also support the client in the definition and implementation of modern and efficient solutions.
Tasks include:
Development and optimization of strategies and processes in SAP HCM.
Process consulting in SAP HCM or sub-areas of the SAP HCM Suite.
Module responsibility and in the course of this, consulting and supporting for SAP HCM system implementations.
Customizing and support for new implementations or for existing applications.
Transfer of process and functional/technical knowledge to colleagues within the Accenture AMS team.

Consultant has several years of experience as SAP consultant in SAP HCM and enjoy taking on challenging projects and implementing the best

Specialization: SAP Payroll
Very good knowledge of the HCM Human Resources business processes.
Very good SAP knowledge in the HCM modules PY (German Payroll) and PT (Personnel Time Management), this includes customizing and consulting. Also experience in Singapore payroll would be an additional advantage in the project.
Good knowledge in further modules of Human Resources Management (PA, OM, ESS & MSS).
Open-mindedness towards new topics like Oracle cloud to SAP integration.
Structured and analytical approach.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate a project team.
Personal persuasiveness and communication skills.
Language skills: English (B2), German (B2)
Work location: 100% remote work but must be based in Germany
