Duration: 6 months
Working on-site is required.Tasks:In the context of the implementation of a new ERP System (Infor LN), this project Management mandate should contribute to reduce the backlog of purchasing demands (such as Purchase Request/Orders to be processed), make sustainable the management of these activities and bring efficiency to the Indirect Procurement department and its interactions with the other support functions (IT, Finance, etc.).Requirements:
- Project requirements (at least 3-5 yeras of experience):
- Holistic Project Management Governance establishment and improvements recommendations
- Indirect Procurement critical activities Planning & Actions identification, qualification and monitoring
- Indirect Procurement Activities Status Report & Dashboard (e.g. Purchase Request Orders to be processed evolution)
- Continuous Risks Issues identification qualification and monitoring
- Follow up on mitigation actions
- Track in central procurement risk register
- Timely escalation to HO General Procurement
- ERP Knowledge (Ideally Infor LN)
- Business fluent English skills
