Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative Google reseller and IT service provider.We are looking for a IT Poject Manager/ Scrum Master (w/m/d) for a client project – remote - fulltime
Background:
• The holder of the position is in charge of several services including Jira and Confluence technology.
• The key activities of this position are contributing to the general functional requirements of the key users, analyzing business needs and managing the service in time, cost, and quality including the management of the support team.
• The focus of the position is on the ownership of service applications as well as project management for implementing new solutions and functionalities according to business needs.
Tasks:
• Defining, leading and delivering the integrated solutions to fulfil the requirements of the internal business customer
• Ensuring alignment of designed solutions with the IM Strategy
• Ensuring that service, projects and enhancements are delivered on time, cost and quality
• Ensuring consistency and integration within the IM landscape and within the services
• Working with the enterprise platform team to ensure a service continuity in the run mode
• Contribute to budget planning for the service, enhancements and projects
• Collect, manage and prioritize business requirements
• Challenge business needs to ensure technical feasibility, cost optimization and consistency with the Information System Architecture
• Define IM services in line with end-users needs
• Support end-users during acceptance phase
• Drive project activities and manage work breakdown between Business and IM departments
• Coordinate sub-contractor and 2nd level support activities
• Guarantee seamless integration with existing and future IM services
• Ensure the transfer of activities from project to run mode
Requirement:
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Service Owner/Manager and/or Product Owner, international project management certification e.g. PMP preferred
• Experience in working in an international and dynamic Agile project environment, Agile certifications like Scrum Master preferred
• Experience in the set up and management of enterprise applications in a multinational company, collaboration or mobile applications preferred
• Experience in business process analysis and service design
• Good knowledge of the IT landscape
• Good knowledge in Atlassian tools and web technologies in general
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Actively listens to clarify the expectations and needs of the customers
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
• Provides precise information to respond to customer needs and requirements
• Measurement and monitoring of existing services by customer satisfaction, key user groups and pro-active communication to the internal customer
• University degree of informatics or equivalent

Duration: 3 months + Option
Utilization: 80-100%
Location: remote
Project language: English (fluent), additional fluency in German, French or Spanish is beneficial
