Main tasks:
- Project Background: there is a need to optimize processes through automation.There are a lot of manual, repetitive tasks that call for simple automations. Our client would like to enable their colleagues to reap quick win benefits by automating the processes by themselves through the latest low-code / no-code technologies on the market.
- Objective: The goal is to upskill business colleagues in applying easy-to-use low-code / no-code technologies to automate their processes and therefore reduce their workload to be able to focus on their core activities. It is important that the colleagues should be able to manage and maintain the automated through self-service without requiring help from developers or IT.
Main qualifications
- We are searching for a developer in Business Process Automation with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Training skills and coaching skills required in no-code / low-code solutions: It is important to cover the end to end spectrum of RPA: Business Analysis -> Development -> Upskilling of users in no-code RPA solutions for self-service
- Proficient in automated handling of business and administrative processes by software robots
- Proficient in no-code / low-code RPA technologies such as MS Power Automate, AutomationAnywhere and Blueprism.
- Rule-based workflow automation
- Excellent English skills, located in EU/UK time zone
- Agile mindset; agile ways of working
