Project:
Based on a functional tender and the realization of a concrete intralogistics concept, an adapted version with special requirements for a logistics center is to be created independently.
Tasks:
- Design of complete intralogistics concepts with a high degree of automation (pocket sorters, shuttle storage, conveyor connections) and short lead times in the material flows
- Preparation of balanced budgets, productivity, personnel calculations and technical requirements for the logistics concepts
- Provision of information based on the intralogistics planning for the realization of the building and building infrastructure
- Preparation of business cases and proof of concept feasibility to top management
- Preparation and evaluation of intralogistic tenders
- Organizing the simulation of logistics concepts to test their feasibility
- Advising on optimization of KPIs such as maximum throughput, short lead times, maximum storage capacity per square meter, fulfillment cost per item, order cycle time, total budget, granularity of outbound sortation, etc.
Must haves:
- 5 years+ of project experience in logistics site planning ( intralogistics)
- Project experience with tendering and tender processes
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Advanced project experience with warehouse automation
