Für unseren Bestandskunden aus der Dienstleistungsbranche suchen wir einen Change Manager (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf CRM Rollout.Start: asap
Ende: 31.12.2021 (Verlängerung bis Ende 2022 möglich)
Auslastung: 4-5 Tage/Woche
Standort: Remote/ggf. Stuttgart

Rollenbeschreibung / role description:
– Execute the Change Management strategy and plan
– Execute the defined change methodology and lead change management activities mainly within CRM (Salesforce) Rollout
– Define KPI’s to measure change success
– Monitor adoption readiness of end users
– Interview stakeholders to identify benefits by stakeholder, stakeholder concerns, adoption issues, influence on project, impact of project
– Execute the communication plan; support communication efforts
– Assess the change impact and manage impact resolution proposals
– Manage and coach the change agent network
– Educating management / supervisors on how to drive adoption within their teams
Anforderungen / requirements:
– Experienced change manager in international English-speaking projects
– Actual knowledge of Sales Cloud from an end-user perspective – able to guide other users through possibilities the system has and answer questions where needed
– Experience with Reports and Dashboards – help with questions, providing solutions within what we currently have available, give training and/or demo’s where needed to Key Users
– High level English and German (additional languages are a bonus)
– Flexible team player, hands on mentality
– Good presentation/training skills
