Stellenbeschreibung:We are looking for a senior strategic Business Analyst / SME to conduct a Chatbox strategy project for a global client. Areas to be included are:- Crystalize scope / approach with the Senior IT Manager- As is analysis of existing company applications- Provide insight on global trends and future developments fot Bots / Chatbox technology - Requirements Analysis of the different business areas - identify any gaps- What is the best adoption approach? - What works best for the customer?- Identify governance considerations- Chatbox Data - What is the scope for using data for business insights - e.g. market research - consumer preferences - Condense the work into a high level powerpoint for presentation to senior management. 60 Days are estimated for this first high level business phase - ideally spread over 5-6 months 50-60% capacity. Solution selection is NOT in scope during this phase.The start date can be flexible. Remote working using MS Teams
Unbedingt erforderlich:Senior strategic business analyst with previous experience of analysing Bots / Chatbox requirements for large and diverse global enterprises.Ideally already be a SME expert in Bots/ Chatabox business application areas including existing and future trends and how the technology is used to improve the Customer Experience. Ability to focus on the strategic business needs and to present the findings in a meaningful way that can bring the greatest benefit to the organisation over the next 2-4 years.
Project Positives:Duration: 3 months, approx. 35 man days, option to extend (6 months)
