Aufgabe:
Roadmap for ITSM frameworks, process, and systems considering the industry best practices and innovation in the context of SIAM framework
•Roadmap for process automatization and digitalization (e.g. SNow)
•Putting the customer experience and user at the center of ITSM framework
•Identifying and constructing an innovative approach of steering services in a SIAM framework
•Assessment of the as-is and identifying gaps and improvement areas for ITSM processes
•Define process ITSM process KPI and methodology of measuring
•Define a service-oriented governance with the appropriate KPIs and measuring methodology
Fach-Skills:
•Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
•Solid understanding of SIAM principles and experience working in a SIAM organization
•ITIL v4 certified with a long history in establishing ITSM environments
•Proven experience of improving ITSM and SIAM implementation in large organisation
•Proven experience in implementation of ITSM hybrid processes (e.g. agile, DevOps, classical IT Operations)
•Proven experience in implementing automation for ITSM environments for large organisation
•Understanding of requirements, constraints, financial aspects and business change drivers of highly regulated businesses
•Ability to work remotely but travel might be expected for workshops
