Wir suchen ab dem 01.10.2021 für unseren Kunden einen Freelancer Digital & Marketing Manager (w/m/d) für ca. 3 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung am Standort Raum Hamburg & Remote Work.Der wöchentliche Remoteanteil liegt bei ca. 40%, was 16 Stunden pro Woche entspricht.
TASKS
• Lead holistic digital operations
• Operating with clear metrics and KPIs in place to drive brand and sales objectives and pioneering digital-first communications and media planning
• Cascade the global digital for the company to a winning local strategy
• Define relevant media touchpoints and platforms in line with brand strategy and KPIs and continuously improve brand presence
• Set up activities and define priorities based on brand and business objectives
• Ensure impactful digital activations and initiatives to deliver market share uplifts
• Consult the brand managers to define priorities, scope and implementation of media campaigns
• Proactively push the digital transformation process with the help of agency expertise, global know-how and country exchange
• Close cooperation with digital agencies
• Implement global marketing strategies and projects in the German market
• Close cooperation with medical and key accounts
PROFILE
• Undertaken the role of Digital and Marketing Manager or similar with a strong level of experience in this area and preferably in similar industries
• Exposure to digital media, data driven digital and media planning and programmatic landscape and tools
• Experience in development and implementation of digital strategies and (digital) brand management
• Know-how relating diverse digital marketing touchpoints: Websites, CRM, Newsletters, Social Media, Search, Mobile, Content and Performance Management
• Ability to build trusted relationships whilst utilizing strong influencing skills to successfully manage and support stakeholders
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Teamplayer
• MS Office & Nielsen Know-how (not a must)
• Fluent in German and English
