Talanx needs the capability to run it's Software Portfolio efficently, especially the Third-Pary-Software. We decided to build a Kubernetes platform. The goal of this is to increase our level of automation, to be able to run third party software and to speed up our deployment and reduce costs for day-2-operations. We need to be international and integrated with different cloud providers. For this we are looking for consulting support to define the concrete framework of the product. Therefore we require a clear problem statement, customer and stakeholder interviews to support theses with data. Our ambition is to create a platform that excites its customers.
