Project Manager - Digital Workplace (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Ensuring a full understanding of all activities related to the support of the global intranet and the roll out of the local intranets
- Ensuring that development and implementation of new features are delivered on time
- Reviewing and improving related project documents, processes, tools and regular meetings for the project team
- Managing all project tasks, timelines, maintaining project plans, and communicating status to Head of Digital Workplace Experience
- Coordinating with individual teams including, the platform product team, content editors, usability experts, Intranet managers and other internal stakeholders (subject matter experts) on the relevant stages of intranet development
Main qualifications
- In-depth project management experience in digital workplace and collaboration initiatives
- Broad IT knowledge with a focus on digital workplace & collaboration infrastructures (especially Microsoft M365 and teams)
- Knowledge of digital workplace trends, architectures / designs and best practices
- A methodological competence in agile project management
- Experience working in multi-cultural environments and across multiple geographies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- SWISS B/C Permit or passport holder of EU beneficial
