- identify options for potential solutions
- maintains application and data architectures in systems lifecycle
- presents and explains software design to business experts and product owners
- contributes to system prototyping by UX designers
- prepares system documentation and provides presentations and trainigs to business users
- supports tests, development, quality assurance, change management
