Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Consult the program management:
- to ensure regulatory compliance of Individual Data Processing (IDP) and Business Managed Applications (BMA) in terms of designing standards for processes, methods and tools for the global organization
- in the areas of Compliance Gates, alignment with IT-Platforms and IT Products
- in organization and facilitation of meetings
- with the development of constant Use Case pipeline
- and Management of Stakeholders
Know the Client IT guidelines and MR Essentials lifecycle to transfer know-how and best practices
Must Have:
- Experience working in Project Management Offices of bigger Programs
- Communication Skills to manage different types of Stakeholders (from users to senior management)
- Working in an agile environment
- Technical understanding
Nice To Have:
- Experience with (Re)-Insurance / Claims Processes
- Experience with regulatory requirements (especially VAIT of BaFin)
- IT development project experience
- Requirements Engineering / Solution design
