- Recruiting for the Organisational Dev Pipeline
- Sourcing Candidates
- Stakeholder Management
- Candidate Experience
- Managing and delivering offers
Profile:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience especially in the Org Dev environment
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Ideally deep experience within the following markets:
Strategic Project Managers
Management Consultants
Market Expansion
- Several years of experience in the banking sector (preferable)
