Hello,for our client I am searching for an INTERIM Project Management Specialist (m/f/d) with chinese language skills.

100% remote
Assignments:
• Ensure implementation of strategies and achievement of operation performance goals.
• Provide Project Management support to the research teams within the lab.
• Be responsible for business transformation as well as business process deployment, operation, and optimization.
• Improve the project operation system and create a culture of innovation and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement by providing consultation and coaching to Project leaders within the lab.
Skills:
• Strong technical background, preferably in research and development for Cloud Computing and related Software domains with degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.
• Relevant experience as project management specialist or innovation manager.
• Familiar with the knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance and legal issues relevant in the operational area.
• Familiar with the knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Independent, well-organized and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with team spirit; experience with international work environments and Asian business culture will be considered a plus.
• Able to interact with all levels within the company.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken);
• German is considered a plus.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
