Agile Coach (m/f/d) Leadership TeamFor one of our clients we are currently looking for a Agile Coach (m/f/d) Leadership Team on a freelance basis.
In the Tech Department our client is transforming to a consistent Product-Led organization. As already a share of teams is working in a Product setup and is applying an agile way of working, they split the transformation approach into several waves transforming the different tech and business functions into a Product-Led set-up and way of working.
Focus of the transformation is ensuring tech and business functions are set-up in a
Product structure with clearly defined Product Roles, Product Artefacts, OKR
implementation, Atlassian toolsuite implementation, agile way of working.
A large-scale Program needs to be transitioned into a Product-Led set-up and way of working for which they need a pragmatic and hands-on Agile Coach. Focus of the
assignment will be to work with the Senior Leadership Level strategically on the Product Structure and overarching Operating Model, to advise the current Program and Leadership Team on the transition from Program to a Product-Led way of working after Program workstreams go-live and to coach and train overall the Leadership Team as well as the Product Teams on an agile way of working with a pragmatic, non-based and handson mentality.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Advise and steer Program and Product Area Leadership Team on Transformation Roadmap and backlog to take over accountability and keep track and transparency
- Advise Program and Product Area Leadership Team on the transition from Program to a Product-Led Structure and Operating Model
- Host and facilitate workshops for Leadership Team on Product-Led relevant topics
- Ensure collaboration among leaders in the Product and Program
- Educate from expertise, provide needed training sessions and use coaching skills to help each person to make the transition to Product-Led/agile
- Evolve Program and Product Interaction
- Act in the beginning as an Agile Expert (Scrum Master) for the Product team and the Program team
- Setup Toolsuite for a Product-Led Way of Working (MS Teams, Confluence, Jira, eazyBI)
- Run relevant trainings (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Metrics, others) in line with the Learning & Development strategy
- Guide, explain, provide inside-out perspectives toward further understanding and adoption of Product-Led/agile
- Drive the implementation of large-scale transformation via mentoring/coaching relevant teams via i.e. participating in product-team meetings
- Embody the Agile principles and lead by example. Be a role model for ProductLed/agile by acting and working in an agile manner
- Responsible for coaching teams and/or individuals via a structured approach (regular meetings)
- Consult teams on good practices
- Set coaching goals together with the customer (person, team) to define success of Product-Led/agile coaching within context
- Document Coaching Cases and progress of transformation to Agile Coaches Chapter
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- min. 3-5 years of experience in an Agile Coach role
- min. 3-5 years of Product-Led Experience
- min. 3-5 years of working in a pragmatic and hands-on way outcome-focused with Senior Management
- experience in transitioning large-scale Programs to a Product-Led Structure and way of working
Start:
Duration: 90 Days
