Business Analyst BI / CRM (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for the analysis, structuring, documentation and coordination of technical requirements (data integration as well as technical requirements around KPIs, features and flags as well as the mapping of logics)
- Responsibility for defining and specifying requirements and creating user stories based on the epics of the product owner
- Complex technical requirement analysis, process modeling, technical data flows and business intelligence architecture
- Development, evaluation and coordination of suitable technical solution and implementation scenarios
- Basically evaluation of the requirements in terms of cost-Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted effectiveness, feasibility and feasibility, taking into account the current system architecture
- Obtaining and generating test data
- Analysis of changes in the primary systems to identify completed, ongoing and / or planned developments. Documentation and communication in the team
- Support of the DWH developer as a sparing partner during the implementation until the go live
Main qualifications
- Very good know-how of transactional systems (billing, CRM)
- Very good know-how of BI-systems (DWH) as well as solution design in a BI environment
- Detailed-oriented, structured, with pronounced analytical skills
- Ability to formulate understandable user stories from a large amount of data and information
- Very good communication skills
- Very good English and German language skills
- Experience in business process modeling and PMO is desirable
