This project is to review and revise the existing data strategy. Consideration will be given to how new technological advancements and new industry best practices should effect the existing strategy.
Main Tasks
- Analyse the current data strategy and formulate a plan for an updated strategy.
- Revise the companies data strategy taking into account the latest technological developments and industry best practices

- Create a data map for identified Use Cases
- High-Level assesment of technical landscape / technologies
- Develop the roadmap

- Commercial exp in data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence fields (2+ Projects)
- Commercial exp defining use cases and, Data & AI strategy
- Commercial exp conducting technology, process and data As-Is analysis within the field of AI
- Knowledge of Analytics Operating Model development
