This project is to review and revise the existing data strategy. Consideration will be given to how new technological advancements and new industry best practices should effect the existing strategy.
Main Tasks
- Analyse the current data strategy and formulate a plan for an updated strategy.
- Revise the companies data strategy taking into account the latest technological developments and industry best practices

- Create a data map for identified Use Cases
- High-Level assesment of technical landscape / technologies
- Develop the roadmap
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ Years of commercial experience winthin big data, analytics & I.T
- Exp in the field of data strategy and data management working on 3+ projects
- Extensive exp in business process analysis and improvement
- Good knowlege around the topic of I.T. Architecture
- Worked on IT transformations and data strategy projects across industries
