HR Functional Consultant / Business Analyst:
• Significant experience with HR processes covering hire-to-retire, including payroll and time management
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM: OM/PA/PT/PY. Excellent experience of Good German payroll and Time management skills
• Experience in setting up an HR system landscape and HR TOM
• Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment,
• Capability and skills to develop functional concepts and impact analysis, in particular in the area of HR Master Data Management
• Experience working with business and IT-side of client organisations, ability to translate business to IT requirements and vice versa
• Experience working in international European environments
Language: German Mandatory
Contract duration: Initial 6 months; will get extended
Expected start dates: 1st Aug. 21
