Overview:• The Company is implementing their new eQMS with SmartSolve, a Quality Management System of the company IQVIA.
• The platform is supporting processes like Complaint Handling, CAPA, Audit Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Doc Mgmt. etc.
• With this project, we are aiming to support the business units to apply and benefit from industry best-practices/standards and assure regulatory compliance.
• Usually, each module implementation runs as a separate project.
Service Description:
• Fulltime Senior IT Project Manager (relevant years of experience: +5 years, ITEC C3/C4)
• IT Project Management and Controlling
• IT Project Management of the following projects:
• the hypercare phase of the Complaint Handling project
• further project phases like MVP 2 of Complaint Handling
• an additional module implementation and a platform upgrade project
• Alignment with
• Business Areas regarding requirements, changes and progress
• Program Management regarding progress and future steps
• Business Partner Management organization
• Alignment with external service provider
• Project Risk Management, Project Reporting, Project Documentation, Project Communication, Requirements gathering and documentation, Lessons Learned activities
• Maintenance of project record in the ITSM platform
• Planning, updating and reporting of actuals and forecast
• Language: English with professional working proficiency
• Knowledge with SmartSolve is preferred but not mandatory
• Planned projects have to be successfully completed by end of FY22 with outstanding and effective project management skills.
Contractual Basis:
• Service Contract based on Master Agreement
• Project Service Contract based on Siemens Conditions of Purchase, Code of Conduct, NDA (for NON Master Agreement Partners)
Commercials:
• SHS expects Time and Material based on ITECS price model with full price transparency about TCO
• Meetings will take place remote by video conference only. The Senior IT Project Manager should be located in Germany or Europe.
