Beschreibung:We are looking for an experienced professional with claims handling and management experience for trade credit insurers, debt collection agencies or third party claims handling administrators mainly in Europe. As your trade credit business process and network innovator, you will join our claims team and have the opportunity to share the future of the B2B business by transforming ideas and user needs into requirements for our platform. You will work in close collaboration with our Product Owners across the E2E journey of a Policyholder / Claimant.
Your responsibilities:
- Propose, design, and implement new digital processes and tools to improve the claims journey for all stakeholders involved,
- Translate claims need into business processes and user requirements,
- Work closely with Product Owner to ensure Insurance specific needs are well understood, - Be part of the priority setting process for claims,
- Active in UAT testing
- Claims strategy in the overall value proposition, product design and implementation support for MVP
- Claims handling partner sourcing, due diligence and onboarding.
Anforderungen
- The candidate should have in depth practical and theoretical trade credit claims handling expertise across Europe.
- Ongoing management of referrals.
- Manage data requests, inflow and alignment with cooperation partners in regards with this product. Your Expected Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the trade credit claims business
- Claims handling best practise in trade credit as established at a large European insurer or with a best in class TPA
- Risk Transfer from a practical implementation including an understanding of the mechanics,
- Experienced with different product models and have an understanding of different European geographies regulatory set-up,
- A clear understanding of technical accounting for insurance premiums, claims, commissions, taxes etc.
- Deep insurance claims knowledge in at least 2 out of the following countries: Spain, Germany, Italy and France.
- Process innovation and redesign experience Skills:
- Agile Project Management
- Primary Credit insurance, Factoring
- Market Experience in Europe, esp Spain and Germany
- Debt collection and Claims Handling
- Language English is a must, local languagues
- Background: Lawyer preferable
- Highly independent, output-/deal-driven working style with strong intrinsic motivation
- Using tools like Microsoft Office.
