We have an urgent mandate to find a Salesforce Effectiveness Consultant to work with an International Biotechnology Key Customer in Germany to help support them on a Long-Term Large-Scale System Internalisation Project!The details of this opportunity
Role: Salesforce Effectiveness Consultant
Client: International Biotechnology Company
Location: 100% Remote
Availability: July/August/September (The earlier the better but flexible)
Long-Term Contract: 6 - 9 months extendable (est >12 months)
Interview Process: ASAP - Slots already booked in (quick process)
Rate: Very Competitive for the market
Language: Have to speak German and English
Overview of the role and experience required

Preparation and process management of the internalization of the external Salesforce incl. all related milestones/reconciliations. -
Effortless pick up of work packages in area of "Salesforce Excellence". -
Metrics/KPIs, Internal Report Generation. -
Information consolidation/PowerPoint reports/status updates. -
Strong Consulting experience in the area of Salesforce Excellence and Effectiveness, preferably in a Life Sciences or Pharma environment. -
Experienced with Project planning, PMO, stakeholder management. -
Experienced with data processing, reporting, metric creation. -
Background in Sales and/or Marketing in a pharmaceutical environment.
