I am currently searching for a freelance Salesforce Effectiveness Consultant for a new role based in Germany. My client, a major player in the Oncological and Pharmaceutical International market, is running several SFE projects focused on Data Processing, Reporting and Process Management, in an effort to radicalise their usage of Salesforce.com's CRM tool. They are searching for a freelance Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) Consultant to support these projects over the next 6-12 months.The role is offered remotely for the duration of the assignment and offers the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities:
• To assist in the preparation and process management of the internalisation of an external Salesforce system
• Pick up and processing of work packages in specific areas of SFE within the organisation
• Metric/KPI analysis and internal report generation
• Presentation creation/information consolidation and project planning
Experience required:
• Strong Consulting experience in the area of Salesforce Excellence and Effectiveness, preferably in a Life Sciences or Pharma environment
• Experienced with Project planning, PMO, stakeholder management
• Experienced with data processing, reporting, metric creation
• Background in Sales and/or Marketing in a pharmaceutical environment
