Aufgabenbeschreibung:
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Translate global brand strategy into actionable Go-To-Market (GTM) plans encompassing different parts of the brand ecosystem in order to guide markets on executing the global brand strategy.
- Build and execute CtC strategies across product, storytelling and distribution to enable successful sell-in/sell-out of product ranges according to the category net sales and standard margin targets
- Consulting for key brand strategies through bi-weekly project meetings with cross-functional and cross-BU teams in order to create holistic seasonal GTM plans
- Build seasonal calendar across BUs for campaigns & product launches
Plan:
- Create the seasonal strategic global go-to-market plans
- Deliver required seasonal GTM plans on-time-in-full at key GTM milestones, e.g Handover, GTMFC, GTMCI
