Main tasks:
- Responsible for providing strategic support and advice to executives on all HR and employment issues for a defined specialist area
- Acting as a sparring partner and source of inspiration to actively shape corporate strategy and implement the global HR strategy
- Advise managers on employee development, analyze labor market trends and company key figures and develop targeted solutions
- Work closely with HR expert teams in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll and employee support
- Support and supervise line managers and employees in the implementation of a reorganization
- Responsible for change management, supporting employees in various situations and with different tasks
- Contact with authorities
Main qualifications
- Completed university studies in a relevant field
- Profound experience in operational and strategic HR work
- Very good knowledge of swiss labor law and a sound understanding of strategic HR management
- High degree of empathy, commitment, engagement and a solution-oriented as well as structured way of working
- Fluent spoken and written French and English are an absolute must // good knowledge of German is a plus!
- Your excellent communication skills make it easy for you to win over interfaces at different hierarchical levels for your topics and to act as a sought-after contact person for your department
