For our client based in Munich I am currently looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager (m/f/x) to develop an agile transformation program.Start: ASAP
Duration: 5 months (with possibility of an extension)
Workload: fulltime, 5 days/week
Location: 100% remote, client is based in Munich
Responsibilities:
- Working hand in glove with the solution lead of an existing program
- Create, manage and execute an end-to-end plan for an agile transformation plan
- Guide 12-14 people (mainly designers)
- Enable complete assigned tasks within set time and deliver top performance
Requirements:
- At least 6-7 years of relevant work/project experience in Agile Project Management and demonstrated experience with the Agile way of working (e.g. design sprints, KANBAN/SCRUM methodology)
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with responsiveness and follow-through on details
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate Agile Project Management tools (including but not limited to Miro, Trello, JIRA, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead agile projects that are global in nature and ensure objectives, goals and commitments are met
- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and enable cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- Business-level fluency in English, ideally also in Dutch (not a must have!)
