Meine Aufgaben:
- Be part of a cross-functional team central initiatives to improve advertising revenues, efficiency and relevancy to benefit our company, our advertising partners and our users
- Collaborate closely with your team to develop new ideas, evaluate them (mostly with experiments), recommend relevant actions and drive decision making
- Shape the future of our advertising business with your strategic analysis
- Provide data, insights and reports that empower the team to make well informed data-driven decisions
- Work in a local and global network of skilled analysts to level up our analytics capabilities and scale local projects in global markets You will have tons of data available in a Hadoop Data Warehouse environment and we currently work primarily with SQL, Python/R and Tableau
Meine Qualifikation
- Profound experience in an analytical role
- Strong skills in data retrieval (e.g. SQL, R or Python), statistical analysis and experience with large and complex data sets
- Basic understanding of the advertising and publisher ecosystem and keen to learn more
- You can judge when a topic requires 100% and when 20% is sufficient, are able to slice big projects into smaller pieces and make your work and progress transparent
- You can easily connect and collaborate with a diverse set of people across levels and backgrounds
- You know your strengths and weaknesses, welcome feedback and are eager to improve. You inspire others and contribute to the development of your team
- Proficient in English and ideally also German
