Systems and Process Consultant (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Consult a global team of Systems & Processes consultants, B2B Experts, Reporting Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business Process Experts
- Consultancy activities regarding business transformation opportunities, leveraging digital technologies including Advanced Analytics, Robotic Process Automation and Industry IoT
- Bring in expert knowledge to Set up a Project Management-and Continuous improvement Competence center for the SCMorganization, consulting regarding the SCM portfolio – ensuring project management activities like coordinating alignments on strategic direction vertically and horizontally, driving methodology and standards.
- Collect requirements from Businesses, Suppliers and external Customers on future system and process improvements
- Consulting activities regarding SCM (Supply Chain Management) towards IT Demand Manager CIO/IT organization for IT related process and system enhancements and changes
- Provide advices for best class solutions for all SCM related business processes
- Involved as a consultant int the SCM process change control board(s)
- Consultancy for set up 1st line support organization for SCM community
Main qualifications
- Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc.) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent qualification
- Lean / Six Sigma at least green-belt level
- Profound experience in a business environment and in managing complex projects
- Experience in consultancy/project management in a complex environment
- Experience in Semiconductor industry
- In-depth knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain Management and at least profound hands-on experience in Supply chain / Operations
- Experience with ERP and/or planning systems (SAP S/4 HANA, JDA i2, or other APS solutions)
- Proven track record in driving Operational Excellence via Lean principles
- Ability to understand data and interpret the business impact
- Structured problem solver who possesses a strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to dive into problems and data to find actionable solutions
- Knowledge or exposure to digital and advanced analytics topics and trends –preferably gained in supply chain planning and operations
- Proven people management skills with larger teams (>40 people)
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgement and manage complexity
- Ability to lead decision forums and influence business and functions via insights and experience and capability to challenge Senior management
- Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual and international teams
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English
