* Consult a global team of processes consultants, B2B Experts, Reporting Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business Process Experts* Consultancy activities regarding business transformation opportunities, leveraging digital technologies including Advanced Analytics, Robotic Process Automation and Industry IoT
* Bring in expert knowledge to Set up a Project Management and Continuous improvement
* Collect requirements from Businesses, Suppliers and external Customers on future system and process improvements
* Consulting activities regarding SCM (Supply Chain Management) towards IT Demand Manager CIO/IT organization for IT related process and system enhancements and changes
* Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc.) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent qualification
* Lean / Six Sigma at least green-belt level
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a business environment and in managing complex projects
* Multiple years' experience in consultancy/project management in a complex environment
* Experience in Semiconductor industry
* In-depth knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain Management and at least 10 + years of hands-on experience in Supply chain / Operations
* Experience with ERP and/or planning systems (SAP S/4 HANA, JDA i2, or other APS solutions)
* Proven track record in driving Operational Excellence via Lean principles
* Ability to understand data and interpret the business impact
* Structured problem solver who possesses a strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to dive into problems and data to find actionable solutions
* Knowledge or exposure to digital and advanced analytics topics and trends -preferably gained in supply chain planning and operations
