Liebe Freiberufler und Freiberuflerinnen,für meinen Kunden in Würzburg suche ich gegenwärtig einen freiberuflichen Process Owner "PIM / DAM" (m/w/d). Im Folgenden finden Sie das Anforderungsprofil:
Scope & tasks:
Be the responsible Process Owner for Product Information and Digital Asset Management, which includes managing stakeholder requirements across all departments, prioritizing your backlogs based on business value and efforts and continuously delivering impactful features to internal and external customers.
DAM (Digital Asset Management)
* Enhance our DAM system as the company wide single source of rich content, in order to increase marketing automation, reduce redundancies, enable personalized consumer communication and provide best possible quality in all sales and communication channels.
* Deliver rich content assets for brand and performance marketing purposes in order to increase automation, flexibility, reduce redundancies, enable personalised consumer communication and provide best possible quality in all sales and communication channels via our Customer Engagement Platform and other surrounding systems
PIM (Product Information Management)
* Continuously improve our PIM system and marketplace middleware in order to publish enriched product data to all e-commerce systems, distribution channels, marketing tools etc.; internationally and for multiple brands.
* Evolve the system landscape, bringing in ideas & experience from previous projects and product vision, always challenging existing set-ups & vendors - for surrounding and dependant systems as well (eg. for pricing engine, feed management, translations, automated texting etc.)
General Process Owner Responsibilities
* Cost controlling & steering of external development teams: Ownership for managing, prioritizing, and challenging all new requirements, bug fixes and maintenance efforts in the existing product backlog, in order to maximize product value and reduce costs
* Keep the systems running, make sure they are state-of-the-art and able to meet new requirements from Business, IT, Legal and market trends.
* Keep the systems flexible to add newly required attributes, eg. for purposes of personalization (profiling, filtering etc.), with zero downtime updates after proper testing
* Push forward automation of workflows, reports and testing. Keep quality standards high with combined technical and functional knowledge.
* Be the direct connection to vendors, business departments and IT to fix bugs as soon as possible and make sure all Service Level Agreements are met to provide a stable and reliable system for all distribution channels
Profile:
- Proven domain expertise in PIM & DAM required, including knowledge of the market, IT landscape and best practices
- Experienced in successfully delivering functional and impactful features as a Product Owner
- Innovative spirit within the own area of responsibility and beyond as well as strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good written and spoken English knowledge; German is a plus
- Comfortable in presenting to senior management
- Experienced in a business value & effort driven prioritization of backlog items, including discussing business cases with Business Analysis department
- Customer first attitude - with regards to internal and external customers
