Anforderungen
Must haves:
• Good Knowledge in the following products:
? SAP Commerce Cloud
? Contentserv PIM / MAM
? Web-based applications, Apache/Typo3 Web platform
? Jira/Confluence
• ServiceNow and ITIL Foundation (for ticket processing)
• Proactive team player with strong business orientation
• Good communication skills in German and English
Nice to have:
• SEO, Google Analytics
Aufgaben
• Support business departments in IT-Services Web. Focus on the following 3 IT Services:
• Internet of the customer (Website)
• PIM / MAM system (Contentserv)
• SAP Commerce Cloud web site and shop
• Regular meetings with business (status, future requirements)
• Ensure quality during design and implementation. Standardization.
• Monitoring of the service performance
• Timely delivery of estimates and IT specifications
• Management of incidents and changes
• Steering of external IT service providers
• Support of project go-lives / Seamless handover of projects into IT operations (H2P)
