Your tasks
- Situation: Customer Engagement is a team of 15 people divided into 3 sub-teams. They provide the capabilities for omni-channel, customer centric communication. Hence, using the SaaS tools Airship and Thunderhead One, Customer Engagement supports the internal brand specific Marketing teams at executing campaigns, personalization and customer journey orchestration. More specifically this means they manage a 360 degree customer profile, next best action rules and content, web personalisations and email or print outbound communications. The organization applies agile frameworks.
- Creating rules, configurations and action objects in JSON for Thunderhead One
- Creating advanced email templates and outbound campaign journeys in Airship
- Implementing data import scripts (interfaces to various other tools and teams)
- Establishing Reporting, Documentation and QA processes
- Bug fixing and Communicating within the own and other teams
- Consulting about technical feasibility of implementations
- Defining concepts for further development of omni-channel capabilities
- Elaborating new ways to meet the business goals
Must have competences
- Experience in the Marketing Environment/ Technical Solution Engineering/ Consulting
- APIs development experience (Rest / Json)
- Java Script / HTML
- AWS
- Data Bases, Data Models and query languages (MySql / MSsql)
- Troubleshooting skills across different systems
- Experience with customer facing channels/touchpoints
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in working in agile teams
